Golf Fitness (Fitness for the Fairways)
Over the past 20 years, the game of golf has evolved in how player’s prepare and maintain their bodies for competition. Player’s are stronger, more flexible and better equipped at an earlier age to perform at the highest levels, while older players are able to play longer with fewer injuries at very high performance levels. By utilizing the principles of the Titiliest Performance Instiute, Dr. Tony Sood, has developed Fitness for the Fairways Program to help prevent and treat swing related injuries and how specific physical limitations can be addressed to improve performance.
